My experience at Nea Metropolis Hotel was marred by several issues that made my stay less enjoyable. The noise from the bathroom ventilation was extremely distracting, especially at night, making it hard to relax. Additionally, the breakfast options were quite poor — I found the food underwhelming, and it left me wanting something more substantial to start my day.

the location was alright, though I expected better. my pillow was an absolute nightmare, and the noise outside woudl ve been unbearable if I was a lighter sleeper. I also anticipated a complimentary treat for my stay. shocking how little was offered, considering the price. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The location is fantastic, close to local shops and a short walk to the harbor! Our kids loved wandering the nearby streets, filled with energy. The staff was friendly and made us feel comfortable during our family trip with 2 adults and 2 children.

I had a pleasant one-night stay before my flight out of Greece. The room was spacious, clean, and very quiet at night, which made for a restful sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel safe and welcomed, offering me coffee in the morning too. One area for improvement could be the noise from the refrigerator, as it was a bit distracting at night.

The hotel has a charming ambiance and a very friendly reception staff who are eager to help. The elevators are quite small, accommodating just one person and a bag, and it's worth noting that the rooms carry a vintage vibe that might not suit everyone's taste.
